Hypnosis
Everyone has a pre-conceived idea of themselves. But the hypnosis process can help change your perception of who you are. Therefore, if there is something in your self-esteem or lifestyle you need to change, hypnosis could help you.
For example, hypnosis implants positive thoughts as well as a new identity in your mind. Just as smokers are told to see themselves as non-smokers, hypnosis can implant ‘think trim’ thoughts.
There’s no doubt about it, hypnosis works for some!
Aromatherapy claims that the essential oils have restorative properties, and again, if you find that aromatherapy – or crystals or pyramids or transcendental meditation – is helpful in any way, use it to support your cellulite-reduction program.
Aromatherapy has one advantage, which is to dominate the scent of a room. This creates a smell of freshness that makes smokers feel guilty and makes the smell of the air around you remind you of your determination to keep fit, keep the inside of your body clean; and to shift that cellulite.
For slimming, try a hot bath (38-40 degrees C) for 15 minutes only. This bath increases perspiration and the rate of breathing, and eliminates toxins.
Oil suggestions for the bath: 3 drops sage oil, 3 drops petitgrain oil, 2 drops grapefruit oil, 2.drops lavender oil.

Avoid tea and coffee most of the time. These are stimulants -drugs – that are not received by the body as food nor as water.
Some weight-loss people cut out the milk and sugar, and drink their coffee black. Your body will function much better if you cut out the tannin, caffeine and nicotine altogether. They are genuine stimulants.
The origin of coffee goes-back to 850BC when an Ethiopian goatherder was amazed by his hyperactive flock. “It must be those small, red coffee beans,” he concluded. Caffeine is a real drug, that’s for sure. It is an active ingredient in stay-awake tablets, and athletes with too much caffeine in their system have been banned from participating in the international games. 1
Only water is recognised by the body as water – no other liquid is, even though water might be its main component.
Herbal Tea
There is a whole range of excellent caffeine-free herbal tea products available.
• Chamomile tea is good for relaxation.
• Rose hip tea is a rich source of vitamin C.
• Chinese tea is good for the digestion.
• And the same menthol constituent you find in your toothpaste is what gives peppermint tea the feeling of cleanliness. Peppermint tea has long been prized for its ability to soothe digestive disturbances.
Now that a strong market for such product is established, the range has broadened and you can purchase from a wide range of blended teas. For example, one blended tea is made up of lemon peel, hibiscus flowers, native peppermint leaves, rosehips, orange peel, lemon grass and licorice root. It tastes great!

Level Zero: Rest
The feeling you get at rest. Breathing is not elevated.
Level One: Desk
When working at your desk or when sitting an< reading.
Level Two: Movement
When getting dressed and making similarly slow movements.
Level Three: Crossing the room
A feeling associated with walking across a room-or a shopping mall. You may be slightly
aware of your breathing, which is slow and natural .
Level Four: Outside activity
Slight feeling of fatigue associated with going for a walk, playing a round of golf or in your
workout warm-up.
Level Five: Walking briskly
Aware of breathing which is deeper than in level four. You should return to this level at the
end of your warm-up.
Level Six: Hurrying now…
A general sense of fatigue, but at a level you can maintain. Breathing is quite deep and you
are aware of it.
Level Seven: Base level
The fatigue is there, but it is sustainable. This is the base line level of exercise to be
maintained during the work out.
Level Eight: Vigorous exercise
A definite feeling of fatigue and you’re not sure whether you could sustain this level for the
rest of the work out. This is the level which produces rapid results. Strive to maintain it.
Level Nine: Working harder
Working extrememly hard at this difficult level. You know you cannot sustain this level
consistently.
Level Ten: Bursting energy!
All-out exercise which you cannot maintain for long.
Everyone can reach every level. But for a person who exercises regularly, their level seven is very different from someone who isn’t used to it. Nevertheless, my level seven is just as good for me as yours is for you, even though it’s at a different level of intensity, resistance and duration.
But a start-up person will see her or his level seven go up-and-up-and-ups over a period of weeks, even days.
To get results, seven is a good zone to start exercising in. If you start at levels five or six then your progress will be a lot slower. You’ve got to push yourself a little bit.
Exercise does not have to be a near-death experience for major benefits! Make sure of that. See your doctor before starting a course of exercise.

The unfit have simply no idea how great it feels to be fit
Non-surgical transcutaneous electrotherapists claim extraordinary success in the treatment of cellulite.
Liposculpture and lipectomy surgery also claims success.
Available at your health food supplier, and condensed into a tablet, herbal concoctions promise results if you simply eat a pill.
How can that be?
How can a human body in poor shape be ‘put right’ through electrical stimulation, cosmetic surgery or a simple tablet? This body was not designed to sit at a desk all day, in a car, in front of a television, then lie in a bed before starting the cycle again. It was designed to leap, run, walk, march, dance, sprint, jump and show other signs of life!
A body that doesn’t do those things, and is also fed a poor diet, loses muscle tone, builds fat and develops cellulite. Reverse the process and you will reverse the cellulite.
Complicated medical solutions are costly, possibly painful, and do not address the core problem.
If you are serious about getting rid of cellulite you will work out a long term plan which keeps you healthy and active.
Monthly Quotas
Divide your program into monthly sections, making concessions to the fact that you are just starting out on a long journey, and you should not be too radical at first.
• The first week – ease into your training.
• The first month – build yourself up.
• A review of your first month, making certain adaptations.
• Second month, third month, fourth month, etc.

• Cellulite is largely a cosmetic problem.
• It is no respecter of gender, age or status. Men, women, children and celebrities can get it too.
• Cellulite is a buzz wool at the moment. There’s a lot of money to be made out of mirSrle cures, some of which are pretty good when combined with exercise and a good diet.
• And, cellulite is a problem that you can beat. If you’re prepared to do the hard yards – you will beat it for life.
Definition
Cellulite is the, accumulation of fat cells which have, become ‘trapped’ in the collagen and elastin fibres.
Women are little incubators; we come with child bearing equipment so that we can insulate our children. But that’s no excuse for cellulite to reach uncontrollable levels.
Cellulite is not necessarily perceived as unattractive. All of Norman Lindsay’s models had cellulite. They were always very shapely and they always had stomachs.
“Examining cellulite tissue under a microscope and analysing it chemically using gas chromatography, Professor Sergio Curri established conclusively both from a morphological point of view and from a biochemical one that cellulite tissue differs in many ways from normal fat tissue.
“Structurally or morphologically, only in cellulite is there:
• A leakage of plasma through weakened capillary walls into the spaces between your fat cells.
• A thickening of connective fibre which encapsulates your fat cells. The formation of nodules caused b}’ the hardening of collagen.
• A stretching of your capillaries and blood stagnation with poor circulation.”
Cellulite: Four Major Stages
1. Normal – skin on thighs and buttocks is smooth when standing or lying. Pinching produces folding and furrowing but does not pit or bulge.
2. Early – skin is smooth when standing or lying, but the pinch test reveals bulging and pitting (the mattress phenomenon), therefore some deformation of the skin has taken place.
3. Medium – skin is smooth when lying, but standing shows signs of pitting and bulging.
4. Advanced – the ‘mattress phenomenon’ (what an expression!) is evident when lying down or standing. Flesh can even be painful when not touched
