For example, hypnosis implants positive thoughts as well as a new identity in your mind. Just as smokers are told to see themselves as non-smokers, hypnosis can implant ‘think trim’ thoughts.

Aromatherapy has one advantage, which is to dominate the scent of a room. This creates a smell of freshness that makes smokers feel guilty and makes the smell of the air around you remind you of your determination to keep fit, keep the inside of your body clean; and to shift that cellulite.
For slimming, try a hot bath (38-40 degrees C) for 15 minutes only. This bath increases perspiration and the rate of breathing, and eliminates toxins.
Oil suggestions for the bath: 3 drops sage oil, 3 drops petitgrain oil, 2 drops grapefruit oil, 2.drops lavender oil.
